Pros
Base salary was competitive. This is a small team of legal recruiters and they know it's in their best interest to keep open communication and grow together. They take their jobs seriously but have a great relationship with one another. It felt very much like a family unit.
Cons
The database is a bit outdated compared to other types of systems so it takes some getting used to.
