Management sucks - District Manager Prime Storage Group Employee Review

Good hours, and easy to work

Could get boring at times

The pay is okay my district Manager is the absolute best she takes care of her district and goes above and beyond to make sure our voices are heard

Corporate dosen not care about you! They make it incredibly hard to do the job they hired you to do. Instead of letting you do the job they hired you for they micro manage you to death!!! They expect you to go above and beyond your job roles and in return they tell you essentially better luck next time try harder. I.T. cant get any thing done in a timely manner ive had a full 8hr shift with nothing to do because its to hard for them to log in and install software that we use daily. They never have communication between their departments when you make them aware of an ise be prepared for it to take any where from 2 weeks to 8 months before you get any help or guidence
