      Good pay Other employees are kind and will help some

      Extreme micromanagement Conflicting instructions Only focused on time and numbers to the extreme No direction or training given Tasks done exactly a certain way, without properly showing or explaining how they want it done constant status updates of where and what the employee is doing and why they are doing said task

      Pros

      This particular position works the the CyFair ISD, so this provides a great connection. Great team to work with.

      Cons

      There is no career advancement (that I'm aware of) within Prime Systems. Those I work with advance by being hired by the client. No holiday or vacation pay, so when there are holidays where you don't work, you don't get paid.
