There is ample room for growth within your own department, and all those around you. Management is open and encouraging for employee feedback, and for employees to step up and take on projects that help to grow their skills. The company has come a long way over the last 10 years, and while we are all busy, the work is relatively stress-free. This is a great place to work, whether you are right out of college or looking for a change of pace.
Cons
Being a small company, employees are expected to wear multiple hats. This will end up greatly expanding your skill set and understanding of a software company in general, though may not be preferred by those looking to simply collect a paycheck.
