      Supremely incompetent management, bad prescription drug benefits, zero communication from management and zero common goals.

      Pros

      Work life balance is good; all employees are 100% remote. The employees themselves are very helpful, and family focused.

      Cons

      The corporate politics at VP+ levels are unreal; the worst I've ever seen in 10+ years in corporate America. "Minnesota Nice" = passive aggressive. Also, the employees are largely checked out, with little oversight.
