Pros

No pros, other than if you prefer to work for a business - I wouldn't even call this a business with no policies, structures, or guidelines. The office staff dress professionally, however, it's all a facade.

Cons

No PTO, no benefits, no base rate, commission-based, commission-based pay structure is horrible, promises of growth, advancement, and development with nothing in place to provide the objectives. There's no training other than go out all day soliciting businesses to open up/sign up for products - using their own personal vehicles and gas - no mileage compensation.

Thank you for the feedback! We do not offer PTO at this time but as of June 2018, we now offer a commission plus base option to all new hires. We also do a 50% healthcare payback to cover the cost of benefits for our team and have always had a 50% payback on gas.

Pros

There are two compensation packages for this position. 1. Base Salary + Commission 2. Commission + Bonus. Based on my work ethic and experience, I personally would rather work off commission. However everyone is in different seasons of life! Other pro's: -Growing in my communication skills -Learning how to prioritize -Office team nights are SO FUN -Owners are negotiable -Coworkers encouraging me to push myself and grow personally

Cons

-It's a grind - but It's worth it. Going to our company conference I've seen the opportunity in our company and just how successful you can become.

Pros

I am very thankful for the opportunity I have at Prime Time. I have gotten the opportunity to travel and help clients out throughout the U.S. I have been given a strong foundation of great business experience from the ground up. I have really enjoyed the merit based structure. I am in complete control of how quickly I move up based on my results.

Cons

It is hard work. Positivity is a must in order to hit your goals. If you do not like interacting with a lot of people and working hard this job is not for you.
