- Will delay salary reviews beyond industry standards
- Will make decisions and reverse them last second
- They improperly use salaries to not pay overtime.
- Staff genuinely enjoys working here
- Owner is fantastic and personable
- Workload is uniquely fair for an MSP (this industry is broken and this company is doing it right)
- Clients are properly managed and respectful
