My department was amazing, I loved the people I worked with and really felt like the company was interested in my professional growth.
Cons
Incredibly fast paced worklife, bordered on understaffed for a while especially when production increased in 2020. This lead to burnout and an unhealthy worklife balance which was felt across the team. I know that I was underpaid compared to my peers.
