      Pros

      The growth program in this company is one of the best I have experienced. I started here after only ever working in physical labor and was worried that I wouldn't fit in, but the owner and assistant manager made me feel so welcome and comfortable. If you are willing to work hard and grow, this is the perfect company for you.

      none at all. Loved it here

      Pros

      It has an energetic and diverse culture

      Cons

      Management consistently puts people in territories that ban soliciting. Also for an 100% commission job pay is very low for top performers. The interview made it look like it was better than flipping burgers when it was not. Also has 0 benefits (no 401K, PTO, sick leave etc.)

      no pros its a scam

      Cons

      They treat their employees very poorly. They talk behind their backs and show their true colors very quick. They'll lash out on you and always tell you its on you and you have to take accountability for it. The turnover rate is high because once people figure out this job is awful they run. Don't apply here and waste your time. Look up credico on youtube and it'll show a long history of bad rep and what not.
