Pros
have nice and friendly colleagues
Cons
The biggest issue is the management structure. Although the company has over a hundred employees, all decisions ultimately depend on one person, which leads to constant, unpredictable policy changes. There is no transparency, no consistency, and no respect for employees’ time or planning.
Regarding compensation, don't expect the salary increase would be more than 5%, which does not reflect market standards or inflation. It’s clear that the company does not value long-term employees or their contributions.
What shocked me most is the company’s attitude toward PTO. I have never heard of a company forcing employees to use PTO because management failed to bring in business. Employees are treated as if the company’s lack of sales is their responsibility, which is completely unreasonable and unprofessional.
Overall, the company creates a stressful, unstable, and demoralizing work environment. I strongly advise job seekers to consider these issues before applying.
