Pros
You set your own hours. No quotas. Once you are state licensed, you can always take your license to another company if you leave. Excellent option for moms who want to work part-time and choose their own hours. Great training, I learned a lot about financial services and personal development.
Cons
Not for everybody. You must be self-motivated and persistent.
