- small business, thus building a career for any other function other than sales is fairly difficult as the staff churn is low - lean operations - expect to get your hands dirty - systems are fairly inflexible and limited

Some of the happiest days in my career were spent at Primesight. This was a tight-knit group of people where you felt as if everyone was in it together. The work was interesting and everyone shared in the success of the company.

The Primesight team was fairly diverse, particularly at the senior level, however there was a real shortage of women and colleagues from non-white ethnic backgrounds in positions of leadership. This was a huge area needing improvement.
