•work alone •micromanaged by Amazon •video monitored while driving •daily driver performance can put you at the bottom of a list that is used when calling off people when routes are ‘reduced’ which was never told to me when hired •daily briefings that are repetitive and alot of times demotivating •work in all weather conditions •expected to help coworkers if finished early •seniority and favoritism when giving out easier routes or better vehicles •often lies to cover up disparities that would demotivate workers or make management look bad
