Very toxic culture Policies always changing Always talking about new products but they never come Back stabbing Ops is not cohesive and treated very unfairly Management too busy to listen Rates are out of market Hiring at all cost - tripled company size in 90 days then let half of them go 60 days later - who does that?? why did they hire so many so fast only to let them go 60 days later.
