Pros

I've read some reviews on here and decided to chime in with my two cents. I was a remote employee that lived many miles from Lubbock so I didn't experience any in-office drama, but was a part of many zoom meetings and the environment seemed great to me. In fact, had I stayed, I would have probably moved there. I was almost jealous I couldn't be there most days. I wish PS had came across my radar a couple years later in life and I'd probably still be there. Right after I got hired, I experienced some very tough situations in my personal life that didn't allow me to fulfill by job duties and I had to do the right thing by resigning. My experience was almost all positive and I can't really think of any cons to speak of. The CTO seemed to be an incredible guy and I'm very sad that I let him down. I didn't have much communication with the owner so I can't speak too much on him but the brief exchanges we did have, he seemed like a nice guy as well. I can't speak of today's culture at PS but my experience from about 4 or 5 years back was mostly positive.

Cons

Again, I can't really think of any cons to write.

Pros

Amazing work culture. The team is relatively small and I think thats what makes it so good working there

Cons

Nothing to be honest that I can think of

Pros

Remote work and friendly culture

Cons

They move people around like a jigsaw puzzle but no one is really all that qualified to do anything. Unfortunately the culture is a Lubbock (smaller town) clique and a little bit of a joke. They think they're primed for the "big leagues" but can't see the forest for the trees. It's hard to take many people seriously here once you see past the "happy culture" facade - if you're serious about growing in your profession, you're better off finding somewhere else to work if you can.
