      Pros

      You get straight time overtime, but the salary is already low, so it's not like you are making more, you're just making what you actually should if you were a salaried employee.

      Cons

      When I gave my 2 weeks' notice, they let me go that day and did not pay me for my last 2 weeks. If you are going to quit, DO NOT give them notice unless you are willing to lose out on your last paycheck.

      Was lucky enough to be on a team I got along well with The overall culture of the company is good, everybody comes to work to do their part I learned a lot about myself and how to find where I fit

      Cons

      Some groups can be very unhelpful The company in some ways acts very young and has very few well thought out procedures and policies
