Pros

Honestly the only good thing to say is the supportive and down to earth colleagues in the same unfortunate situation, the mistake we all made by starting to work here. We were all very open with eachother and supported one another in finding a new job. They also have quite a competitive salary, but trust me it is not worth it. If you are a part-time working student though, which they have quite a lot off, this can for some be easy money and you get to work from home.

Cons

-The whole organization is chaotic, inefficient and potrays as a professional company, which is the opposite to the reality experienced by all employees working here. -Top leaders yells, swears and treats employees very poorly. -Inefficient: Never any feedback from the top leaders other than “This is bad, do better” and also very vague and unclear micromanagement which makes it hard even for senior chiefs to know how to manage work and other employees. They barely answer any emails and shuts the door in your face if you try to talk to them. Consequently, many colleagues find themselves at the office without assigned tasks, resulting in inefficiency and wasted talent. -The office location is very far off. Several were promised when hired that the office would change location more central which never happened. -You are not allowed to work from home. A few have negotiated 1-2 days a week work from home, but it has also been taken away from employees working here. -Several colleagues was verbally promised a pay raise after 6 months when being hired that later is being denied ever to be said. -You are basically forced to take vacation in july, if you do not have earned vacation you are feeling forced to take unpaid or advanced vacation. The list can be made endless, but this is a few experiences mentioned. In light of these issues, I strongly advise against considering employment with this company. If you are contemplating it, conduct thorough research, visit the office, and speak to current colleagues for a more accurate understanding of the working conditions. Be aware that daughters of top leaders, who are not employed, have conducted interviews without the knowledge of the person being hired who they are.

Pros

- I learned a lot during my time here. - Good pay, which makes it a good option for part-timers who work from home or students looking for a side job while attending school.

Cons

- Insane employee churn. The high turnover rate is problematic, I've never seen or heard of anything like this before. - As noted in other reviews, the treatment of employees is poor. The work environment is highly stressful and demoralizing. Although I was treated relatively well compared to some colleagues, I don’t know why. Witnessing how the bosses treated others was distressing and a significant factor in my decision to leave, in addition to the other cons. - The organization is very inefficient, leading to a lot of wasted talent and potential. Processes and workflows are poorly managed, contributing to frustration among all employees. - The bosses have a crazy need for controlling every aspect of the work, stifling creativity and independence. - The office location is inconvenient, with the nearest metro station being 20 minutes walk away. - Apart from the location, you will end up hating yourself going into the office every day. The small space feels sterile, there’s constant door slamming, and the environment makes you feel tense with your shoulders up by your ears constantly. - For full-time workers, don’t let the salary lure you in; the negative aspects of working here outweigh the financial benefits.

Pros

Nothing but incredible, supportive colleagues.

Cons

-Extremely toxic work environment and unfair treatment. Employees do not feel safe at work. Most either quit or get fired within a few months. -Shockingly poor leadership. The situation is so bizarre it feels unreal. Planning is inadequate, and employees are constantly thrown from one project or task to another with impossible deadlines and unclear instructions. -Lack of constructive feedback. Instead of discussing solutions, employees are met with reprimands. -Employees get fired via text messages outside of working hours with no explanation whatsoever. -Promised salary increases never materialize. -The company is in poor financial health and relies on continuous external funding to stay afloat.
