Pros
- I learned a lot during my time here.
- Good pay, which makes it a good option for part-timers who work from home or students looking for a side job while attending school.
Cons
- Insane employee churn. The high turnover rate is problematic, I've never seen or heard of anything like this before.
- As noted in other reviews, the treatment of employees is poor. The work environment is highly stressful and demoralizing. Although I was treated relatively well compared to some colleagues, I don’t know why. Witnessing how the bosses treated others was distressing and a significant factor in my decision to leave, in addition to the other cons.
- The organization is very inefficient, leading to a lot of wasted talent and potential. Processes and workflows are poorly managed, contributing to frustration among all employees.
- The bosses have a crazy need for controlling every aspect of the work, stifling creativity and independence.
- The office location is inconvenient, with the nearest metro station being 20 minutes walk away.
- Apart from the location, you will end up hating yourself going into the office every day. The small space feels sterile, there’s constant door slamming, and the environment makes you feel tense with your shoulders up by your ears constantly.
- For full-time workers, don’t let the salary lure you in; the negative aspects of working here outweigh the financial benefits.
