Pros

I absolutely loved our families and their children.

Cons

From my first week of training, I could tell they didn't want me there. The assistant director is very dismissive and rude and the director is condescending. Never really had an issue with other staff members, but it was obvious the director and assistant director were trying to push me out. The curriculum director was so kind and sweet, but she left too, feeling like the director and assistant director were using her and walking all over her. I absolutely do not recommend.

Pros

The kids are sweet and seem to come from good families.

Cons

I worked here over the summer and felt like a work horse to them. I made a comment about having the same name as their assistant director and the owner laughed and said oh I don't know anyone's name. She never took the time to get to know her employees. I reported a teacher handling a toddler a little rough to the assistant director, and when nothing was done, I asked the director if she was told. She told me I didn't need to tell her, that her assistant would probably tell her eventually. The entire front office is related or good friends outside of work, so there's zero room to move up. They host parties for the families that the teachers aren't invited to, and the teachers aren't allowed to communicate with the parents without consent. We never met any of the parents because drop off was done at the front door.
