Cons
Hardly anyone gets put on full time, they will work you so that you are just under hours and send you home on a moments notice. The teacher to student ratio is 1:12 so they stick two teachers in to get 2:24. It was mass chaos which leads me to there are no consequence for a child's actions. Sure they make you "write them up" but if a child slaps a teacher across the face that should get a call home. If there is a problem with a child they go talk to management and that's it. The child comes back the same and acts the same. Management acts like you should just deal with this disrespect because they are children but I am telling you that child is learning this behavior to be acceptable. The lessons are repetitive and are nothing special. You are not allowed to change anything even if it is the same lesson and the kids are bored out of their minds. Also you have to wear a uniform to work that you have to but if you don't want to wear a polo every day. It is a scam and it is not a preschool. It is a daycare. Lastly the insurance is a scam and will take a lot of your paycheck.
