If I could give zero stars, I would. The management at this preschool is absolutely unprofessional and toxic. They fire teachers without warning or valid reasons and are quick to make false accusations without any support. The pay is terrible for the amount of work and emotional energy expected from staff.
What’s worse is the hypocrisy—management constantly complains about teachers “gossiping,” while they spend most of their time in the office doing exactly that—gossiping about the teachers. There’s zero support, no appreciation, and a complete lack of respect for the people who are actually caring for the children every day. The environment is stressful, untrustworthy, and completely draining. I would not recommend working here to anyone.
