Not much of a learning scope

I worked at prince court medical centre as a MA for two years. The organization is well-established, with a strong focus on patient care and improving outcomes. My colleagues were knowledgeable and supportive, and the leadership team was committed to quality. However, the workload can be overwhelming at times, and there were occasional staffing shortages that added to the stress. The benefits package was good, and they provided plenty of training opportunities. Overall, it’s a decent place to work, but there’s room for improvement in terms of work-life balance.”

Busy with patient and customer services sometime make you overload. But everything can be managed if you have good experience.
