      There are no pros- unless you like chronic & miserable stress

      Cons

      Corruption, no accountability, unable to keep competent staff & continuous door of new hires . Zero concern for patient safety!

      Flexible hours, great team to work with.

      Pros

      Units have very good camaraderie. The hospital real tries to work with the very limited recourses to improve the work area for nursing staff.

      Cons

      Antiquated computer system and paper charting for nursing staff. The order entry program is from the early 90s and the other programs are really out dated.
