- Management shows extreme favoritism. Have fun if the management doesn't like you cause they hold grudges and it will affect your work life for a while! - Unethical pay and tips. BECAREFUL, even if the waitstaff split the tips each shift you don't get 100% of it! You don't get paid for opening and closing the store either - Malicious to staff when it comes to yelp reviews. Super uptight on reviews, if you get mentioned and the review is a low rating have fun with management - Management is super unprofessional. Good luck trying to call them when you need help. They never pick up the phone when I needed help the most. They also lie for their own personal benefit.
