Pros
The management staff, Andy, Sally, Danny, Andrea, are all absolutely wonderful. Really look out for you from your first day, and any other staff I have encountered across the entire hotel have been really kind and helpful. The hours are very flexible and ideal to work alongside studying. Really excellent company, very well organised and a very family-like environment. I have learned so much from my time here, and most of all I've learned exactly what to expect from future employers - only the best!
Cons
Only the usual cons of working in hospitality - unsociable hours, occasionally difficult customers and the stressful kitchen environment. As far as these cons go, however, the management at Principal are so helpful with any issues you may have, that they hardly phase you when you're working.
