Pros

I worked at Principia for 3 years and it was a challenging yet great learning experience. You work with seasoned industry veterans who can help navigate the sales, marketing, and strategy of the BPM industry.

Cons

No con's but if you are joining the firm, be ready to be challenged and work hard and it will benefit you long term.

Pros

Principians are carefully-screened professionals with a client-focused perspective. We have high expectations of each other and of our work. Principia’s culture is one of transparency and inclusion. We are a remote workforce but work together virtually-seamlessly and pride ourselves on the ability to consistently deliver high quality data, analytics, and insights to clients. Management has invested in training opportunities to ensure staff skill sets are current. Quarterly in-person company meetings and an open-door policy on the part of management reinforce respect, cooperation, and camaraderie.

Cons

Not a con, but flexibility is a must in a company growing as fast as Principia.

Pros

A small,, boutique management and strategy consultant specializing the in the building products and chemicals industries, Principia's market research-focused approach to finding client solutions is leading edge, particularly within the target industries. They offer incredible value for the money. Principia's team is comprised of highly intelligent self-starters working in a team atmosphere to get the job done, and done well. Working with outstanding individuals, while constantly assessing team and client goals makes for a great and rewarding atmosphere to work in.

Cons

As a small company, sometimes resources can be stretched thin, but management will always address these shortcomings with understanding and support, along with an eagerness to fill any holes. We're growing everyday building our personnel strength, so this really isn't a negative.
