Pros
Very simple printing gig, great for first job or novice print opporators, no experience required, training covers 80% of the job, the rest is just critique. Workflow is optimized well. Workload varies greatly throughout the year but you are only responsible for what you are capable of producing. Benefits are ok. Coworkers are generally friendly. Bi-annual performance based raises are a plus.
Cons
Management can be a little shaky and there is not much upward mobility in the print industry.
