      Pros

      None, cheap ownership and racist. Stay away. Go work for another dealer group Who will appreciate you as an employee and pay you a proper salary/commission. The Cohen family are nothing but crooks their executives are nothing but dumb racist crooks and their store level management team is nothing but mediocre weak minded individuals.

      Cons

      Everything you do and will be asked to do just stay away.
