Very real and attainable opportunity for a sales rep to come in and make $100k in year 1 and $150k-$200k+ in year 2. The work environment is the perfect blend of competitiveness mixed with unmatched comradery. This company and environment truly makes sales fun. Once you are off and running you essentially are given the keys to run your own business and you can control how much money you want to make and it's all uncapped. Love that as much as there is competition to get to top of sales board each month, the team works together to hit goals, and with that comes more rewards such as outings to sporting events and more bonuses!

I personally wouldn't label this as a con but prepare to dial at a high volume to get your book of business off the ground.
