Pros

None to list if I'm being honest.

Cons

-Working with angry customer is exhausting day in and day out and management does little to protect the employees from harassment. -Upper team has extreme favoritism and rewards and promotes those they are related to, and their few select favorite employees. -Fox News constantly on the TVs and weird unprofessional political emails were never appreciated. -They had no HR for the majority of the time I was there, then hired within for an “HR” position. It was someone related to a person high up in the company. -Terrible work/life balance for over half the year. -EXTREMELY high turnover rate. WAY more than any company I've ever worked for.

Pros

Full time benefits, smaller company so you know everyone, occasionally get free donuts ;), good Christmas bonus, CEO is very personable and cares for his employees, nice facility with updated technology. Standard M-F job with opportunity to work on Saturdays. Pay is good depending on experience.

Cons

Some employees are family and they can occasionally get away with some things. Working as a CSR, you can get burnt out pretty quick by just taking orders all day. Not enough drivers to cover order workload so customers get upset because their deliveries are late.
