Pros
Great culture and opportunities to grow. They train you to be a good salesman. The base is not bad but the big weekly salary depends on you, 1000+ pw achievable. There are many incentives and when the entire team is performing, there are many fun activities after hours. Once you become good, other people will start offering you jobs consistently, even customers.
Cons
If you aren't self motivated, you wont last long. The job is psychologically and energetically draining . There is a lot of walking and a lot of long days. It will test your mindset but you'll come out stronger regardless. Unfortunately, the turnover is relatively high so it's hard to keep the prolific and fun working team.
