People, Community, Connections, Mentorship. The true definition of the people make the place, I was never bored and had a great work environment with people who clearly cared for each other and enjoyed what they were doing
Cons
Being in DC, especially at the time I was, was stressful and a lot of the partners and employees were having to deal with many serious and stressful things
