Pros
HR manager had an open door policy and she would act and resolve any issue in a timely matter. Benefits were ok. The pay was also ok.
Cons
No training provided for me in the department I was in. Management was an issue in my department, not enough company techs to cover the area being service. Lots off projects being out source to independent contractors, never a set price when dealing with contractors. Department I work in was very stressful and unorganized. Long hours work. Company took in too many projects, but did have the manpower to most projects.
