Pros
The engineering, marketing, and customer success teams are full of really nice and smart people. So long as you're getting your work done well, the environment is pretty flexible.
Cons
Lots of turn over in all areas without good communication or succession planning. Kyle is no longer the CEO, but the new guy, well, they say that culture comes from the top and when the top is the kind of person who talks about drinking "booze out of hookers' shoes", and breaking "all the HR rules", as if either of those things are good things. I don't know, I'm not sold on it.
