Pros

You’re hired to do a job and are left to do it your way. If you bring ideas to the table they are taken seriously and at face-value. You really have the ability to make your job your own - which I’ve never experienced anywhere else. Toxic people are fired pretty quickly.

Cons

The CEO has his hands absolutely bursting full so it’s difficult to pin him down most days. That being said - if you have something scheduled in black and white he will be there. Started here with no benefits, but that was very transparent during hiring. We’re projected to have benefits by 2025.

Pros

Amazing management, work atmosphere, and product. I get to fight against the exploitation of privacy and protect companies/individuals everyday. Plus, HAVE FUN WHILE DOING IT! Truly a one of a kind and fulfilling place to work.

Cons

I've never been able to beat the CEO at ping pong...

Pros

I genuinely love working here. What makes Privacy Bee stand out isn’t just the work we do it’s the fact that everyone here truly believes in our mission. We’ve built a culture that people actually want to be part of it's collaborative, supportive, and driven. There’s a strong sense of ownership, respect, and teamwork. We genuinely care about protecting others and we're making a real impact.

Cons

As a startup, we’re constantly building, refining, and improving. It can be challenging to find people who are excited to grow with the company and embrace that process. The reality of a startup is that there’s a lot to create and a lot to fix along the way. Some people prefer stability and structure from day one, but we value those who see the waves as part of the journey and are willing to ride them with us as we scale.
