Horrible Communication from HR and Management - Anonymous employee Private Division Employee Review

Company culture and togetherness was talked about ad naseum in the initial interviews. "No one really leaves here" was also said a few times. All the while I was never talked to about my progress or any concerns with my work. HR never told me what was going on behind the scenes to help. Don't expect anyone to give you constructive criticism until it's too late to fix it.
