      Pros

      PAE is a decent place to start your career and learn a growing industry. They do solid work for their customers.

      Cons

      Below average compensation & benefits. Management lacks direction, and the senior leadership is like the “blind leading the blind”. Margins are tight, and without a fully optimized process, PAE often makes much less money on projects than quoted.

      Production level coworkers are good people.

      Cons

      Management will offer you small raises with the expectation that you will be grateful. Meanwhile you are getting payed less than some dishwashers in the area...
