Thank you for taking time to provide a review. Pro-Demnity is indeed a small company with under 35 full-time staff, most in highly specialized roles. The organization is relatively flat with a small executive team, and very few middle-management positions. Majority of staff are already highly experienced coming into their roles. Pro-Demnity does offer professional development opportunities so that employees may continue to grow and learn and apply their knowledge.
We also conduct an Employee Engagement Survey every six months through Gallup. Over the last two years, our Gallup survey scores have continuously improved, with staff consistently indicating that leaders are responsive, and foster a productive, team-based environment focused on our values of trust, accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
