Pros

Easy job; a lot of monitoring/repetitive work, chill management, excellent benefits

Cons

Boring job. Some of the workers here have a bad attitude/seem to enjoy talking crap about coworkers on other shifts.

Pros

Good benefits and pay with a very low stress workload. People are very nice, and the coworkers became really good friends.

Cons

Terrible management. Trust me, this place is a huge mistake. If you really need a job, it’s a good stepping stone. Also, you might be able to avoid management if it’s been about 1.5 years since this review has been posted. If you interview, make sure to ask the managers how long they have been working there. Anything more than 1.5 years of working as a manager here, you definitely don’t want to work under them unless you are in QD or QA. The workload is insanely small and yet the micromanagement is off the charts. Make sure you are creative, because you will have to find productive things to do. Management thinks they know best just because they have 10+ years of experience. Not open to ideas or change. Every single role / level has the exact same job responsibilities. Everybody walks around like they are absolutely miserable. Everybody is awkward and doesn’t talk to each other. Between departments, it can be very toxic. They don’t work together and it’s extremely laughable because we are all the same company. You will be treated like a child and it is highly likely you will not learn anything new if you have prior experience. If anything, you might learn how to do things incorrectly, opposite of EPA / FDA guidelines. Which is fine for this level of work, but not if you move on to something more serious.
