      Pros

      Often not very stressful and friendly people in the company.

      Cons

      Must do things that are not very relevant to what I've expected a job to be. Also the main custom framework is undocumented.

      There are nice colleagues (not because of the company though)

      Cons

      Low Payment. Bad Management. As for work processes, in my opinion many of them are improvisations. I've rarely seen something "done by the book". Bad Hiring Process, HR would ask you personal questions like: - Do you have a girlfriend/boyfriend (followed by Why?) - What do your parents do for a living? - How much do you earn right now? - Do you have siblings? - Do you plan to have kids soon?

      - Not exactly great compensation - Departments can be much different in terms of culture and attitude
