Pros

The only pro to this place is the people you work with. Oh and dont let that comment take the negative comments with "a grain of salt" kid you. The only reason he is saying that his team of 6 implementation specialist left all together within two months of each other. Currently he is on the road away from his family and getting his expenses rejected for whatever reason the executive assistant sees fit. And he "Burned all his Bridges" with former staff that they wont come back

Cons

Oh most people that leave this place are bitter and wish no harm to anyone except upper management, if thats what you call them. No support/training is given and you do hear "give it 110%" and "Rasie the Bar" all the time. Instead hey guys here is some training on how our software really works or doesnt. Be prepared to use your own credit card with you eating the intrest owed to your credit card 98.9% travel

Pros

1. Great group of people to work with! 2. Hours. 3. Lots of opportunity to learn and grow. 4. The future for this company is going to be extremely successful!

Cons

N/A - with any company there are people that whine and complain when they don't get their way. Please take any cons with a grain of salt - your position with this company is what you make it! Just work hard and give 110% - you will be recognized for your efforts!

Pros

- Excellent people (besides management) - Great Software system - Good benefits - Good Learning Experience

Cons

- Management does not know how to treat their employees. - No form of compensation if additional hours/days are put in. - Taking vacation time is frowned upon unless you are of management level. - Management does not recognize the effort, compassion, time, loyalty employees put forth. They are taken for granted therefore leading to valuable employees leaving. - Forced to work overtime without pay and it is "expected". You are threatened to be fired if you do not do as told.
