Fast paced job where you will learn a lot - PT Aide/Clerk Pro Staff Physical Therapy Employee Review

I've met different patients from different walks of life. And hearing their experiences was a highlight.

The manager refused to give me a consistent schedule. Forcing me to find another job. This place can be very chaotic and unorganized. They overbook patients and people are waiting mid regimen for the aide to finish to work on them. I personally wouldn't go here if I wanted a better patient experience. And as far as working there, the pay was low and the manager makes it difficult. They are very expressionless as well. It seemed like they had a hard time smiling at patients to make them feel more comfortable.
