Pros

So lets be candid, the product does not sell itself and there is plenty of competition in this space but no real 800lb gorillas. What you can count on from Pro-Vision is the ability to run your own region with just as much support as you need from the home office. If you're moving product and closing business, your boss will give you the support to let you increase your efficiency and efficacy. If you're struggling, I've seen them put in the extra time and resources to help. Personally I can't think of a fairer process. The systems are being updated (ACT to Salesforce), new HRIS system and a new ERP system is on the 2020 roadmap. The technology is also being updated often so there it's certainly no fear in investing in the future. The current compensation plan as of March 2020 should make getting off the ground easier but you do still have to sell to be successful. The sales focus is typically 90% hunting and 10% farming. Very generous health insurance and 401(k) plan

Cons

Old ownership was rough to work for and there may be some rough edges remaining on the holdover management team since it is difficult (but not impossible) to break old and engrained habits.
