Remote job, but not flexible. I worked full time and most weeks over 60 is hours.

Low salary, too much work. Not good for a career professional. No growth. Dysfunctional management, lack of experience. Very rude and unprofessional. Owner hires her friends from church. Was harassed by the assistant after leaving for no reason. Obvious favoritism. Employee is not allowed to express their concerns.
