Pros
Great company with good values, proud to work in such an environment. Companies should take an example from this company, how to treat workers who do the hard work. Senior management is always wiling to deal with issues in a fair manner.
Cons
When senior managers aren't in the office there is no one to lead. The Managing Director is the only real leader in this company, everyone else just gets people to work out of fear. they love the rail workers and push their office workers to break point.
