I can't even begin to list them all. ProActive is a company that is full of amazing engineers hobbled by the most backwards management I've ever seen at any company. Every engineer is extremely overtasked and under compensated, and every process is bloated to 5x the size it should be due to managerial preference. The only projects that do well are the ones that management forgets about, because if they pay attention to you then you will be micromanaged and given contradictory instructions until you get reprimanded for falling behind and it repeats. And all of this ignores the fact that the company is extremely secretive about anything regarding the state of the company, and has now done two mass layoffs of the engineering department with no warning or severance immediately after having meetings saying that the company was doing fine. Right now managers outnumber engineers and no one is being told whether they'll have a job in two weeks.
