Pros
Flexible hybrid schedule -- 4/5 in office. Generous PTO. Modern technology. They hire great people to do the work. Very intelligent and fun to work with.
Cons
Very process heavy which can be a burden. Lots of micromanagement. Quite a few legacy projects are still getting added to. Teams only working on their own projects, but collaboration is getting better.
