Pros
Gateway is the only company I've worked for that I would recommend to others. Their management team is absolutely superb and the work is always interesting. They're also just plain out good people who care about their employees. I've really enjoyed the treatment I've received and the experiences I've had there.
Cons
These are very few and far between.
