      Nice people and flexible workplace

      Favoritism is a big issue. Rewarded for how much you’re willing to agree with management rather than your skills. No clear career path, lots of empty promises. Managers lack accountability.

      Decent benefits, decent pay also.

      Cons

      2 10 minute breaks and a 20 minute lunch, the rest of the day is non stop work for 11 hours of tedious, stressful work. Management pushes numbers and sets you up to fail.
