      This place has no Pros.

      Cons

      Bad communication, most of the team lives in the US and barely communicates. The Management won't do anything to make you feel interested in the job. No perks. Will not even try to give you insight of good or bad aspects of the performance and will terminate you with out any reason.

      Decent benefits, decent pay also.

      Cons

      2 10 minute breaks and a 20 minute lunch, the rest of the day is non stop work for 11 hours of tedious, stressful work. Management pushes numbers and sets you up to fail.
